Mission: Fit Monday | Workout Playlist

The perfect playlist can really set the tone for a great workout. Sometimes one good song is all you need to push out an extra rep or power through an intense cardio session. Since I have pretty eclectic taste when it comes to music, my workout playlist consists of a variety of genres from hip-hop and pop to house and electronic. Switching it up prevents me from getting bored and helps keep my energy level high. If you're in need of some motivation or just want to revamp your workout music, check out these songs!
