Holiday Look 2/3 | Frosted Smoky Eye

     

This second holiday look is great for an evening cocktail party or New Year's Eve and would pair beautifully with silver, white, blue, and/or black. Since the last makeup look utilized a lot of warm tones, I wanted to switch it up with this one by sticking with cool colors and making both the eyes and lips appear frosted by using pale, iridescent powders. My trick for the lips was dabbing Benefit's Watt's Up! Cream-to-Powder highlighter over top a nude lipstick. If you don't have a cream-to-powder highlighter, any light, shimmery powder will work just as well. Use that same powder to highlight the inner corners of the eyes and intensify the icy effect.
